Payment Policy
I currently accept money orders, checks, or cash (please do not mail cash). If a check is provided, the firearm or part(s) will not be shipped until the check has cleared the bank therefore expect a 4-7 day delay in shipping. Custom guns require half payment when I am half done (which is generally between the shaping and finishing stage of the project).
Guarantee/Warranty
I guarantee my workmanship. Should you ever have any issues or problems, please contact me and I will happily correct any problems free of charge (including shipping) as long as the problem was due to my work.

Shipping Information
Nolan Quality Customs, LLC is a licensed federal firearms dealer holding a current Federal Firearms License (FFL). It is legal for any gun owner to ship rifles, shotguns, and handguns directly to NQC via common carrier (Note Each carrier has their own regulations). Special regulations apply when shipping handguns with each different carrier. - please call before shipping. I personally recommend, and use, UPS. Note: Shipping companies require firearms to be double packed with both an inner carton (i.e., a gun case) and an outer carton (the shipping box). I recommend you pack your firearm securely and insure the shipment for its replacement value. All firearms received by NQC must be shipped back to the same person.
Note: ALL firearms shipped from NQC will be shipped via UPS with an adult signature required and insured appropriately unless prior arrangments have been made. Please contact Nolan Quality Customs, LLC for more information

All firearms are shipped at your own risk. Nolan Quality Customs is not liable for the loss or damage of your firearm through circumstances outside of my control. I will always inspect any shipment immediately and provide an email response (as long as an email has been provided) that your shipment has arrived and is in good condition.
